Project name: Research and development of highly confined fluidized beds

 

Project start and end date: February 2017 to March 2020

 

Project Development Purpose:

 

According to the process of the fluidized bed scientific optimization design to achieve a higher confinement effect, feeding and discharging the whole closed, to avoid dust leakage and diffusion.

 

Main contents of project development:

 

(a) The material is transferred from the wet granulator to the fluidized bed through the negative-pressure pipeline, with automatic control, during which the personnel do not need to touch the material.

(b) Fluidized bed airflow orifice plate special design, airflow discharge after special treatment. Avoid atmospheric pollution and personnel contact with dust.

(c) Drying materials used in the air in and out of the air are installed air processor, emissions up to GMP requirements.

(d) Discharge adopts special design, rotating discharge, completely sealed to avoid dust and material leakage.

(e) Fluidized bed in position detection using isolated detection, the operator does not directly contact the material.

(f) Equipped with closed cleaning station, cleaning sewage collection and treatment, to avoid environmental pollution.

(g) The external cleaning is specially designed so that the personnel will not contact the materials and dust, and the sewage is collected and treated.

 

Technical or economic indicators:

 

1. The whole process operator does not need to contact the material directly;

2. No leakage of dust in the production process;

3. The pollutants generated in the production are collected, which is convenient for the next environmental protection treatment.
