Purpose of Project Development:

 

Since the feeding system is the first step in the production of highly toxic and allergenic solid preparations, where the API concentration is the highest and the most toxic, and once it leaks, it is extremely hazardous to the health of the operators, the design of this stage is particularly important, so this system will be a separate project for in-depth study.

 

The main content of the project development:

 

(a) The airtight connection between the material turnover drum and the wet granulator is made of new materials, so the connection method must be specially designed and improved.

(b)Due to the use of new materials, there is a range of design thinking that is different from the traditional way.

(c)Due to the use of new materials, there is a range of maintenance methods that is different from the traditional way.

(d) A series of different installation methods due to the use of new materials.

(g) The leakage prevention can reach OEB-6, i.e. 0.1μm/m³, the world's most advanced airtight requirement.

 

Main technical or economic indicators:

 

(a) After adopting new materials for special design, the cost is equivalent to one-tenth of the traditional method under the premise of improved anti-leakage performance.

(b) After adopting new materials for special design, the anti-leakage level can reach OEB-5 (100μm/m³) to OEB-6 level (0.1μm/m³). This greatly improves the operating environment.

(c) The use of new materials makes the operation efficiency greatly improved, the traditional method needs more than 1 minute each time to open, the new material only needs one-sixth of the original time.

(d) the traditional way of feeding system and its bulky, maintenance trouble, and cleaning will produce a lot of domestic sewage, the use of new materials feeding system, relatively very light, simple maintenance, can be directly incinerated, low processing costs, non-toxic pollution.
