RD02 Research and Development of Granulation Drying Seal Transferring In-situ Cleaning Production Line R&D Achievements|CHANSE

1, the project development purpose: the entire workflow in a room to complete, to do fast, efficient and no dust escape, wet granulator, fluidized bed and granulator equipped with in-place cleaning.

2, the main contents, objectives and key technologies of the project:

(1) The raw and auxiliary materials for production are packed in mobile containers and sent to the high shear mixing granulator through elevator or vacuum feeding machine.

(2) After granulation is completed, it flows through the discharge system to the wet granulator installed on the wet granulator for granulation.

(3) The material is pumped into the fluidized bed for drying through gravity and the negative pressure of the fluidized bed itself.

(4) After drying, it is moved to dry granulator for granulation by lifting and turning or high power vacuum discharger.

(5) Then the material flows into the material barrel or movable powder mixing hopper.

(6) Then it can be sent to powder mixing, tablet pressing or packaging.

(7) Wet granulator, fluidized bed and granulator with in-place cleaning.
